After launching the Nothing Phone (2a) in March, the company announced a Special Edition variant with yellow, red, and blue accents. In terms of specs and features, it’s the same phone but with a different coat of paint.
The new design “celebrates the primary colors and their place within Nothing’s brand identity”, according to the official press release. The yellow, red, and blue accents appeared in Nothing’s products at one point or the other.
The Nothing Phone (2a) has a 120Hz 6.7-inch Flexible AMOLED display, a Dimensity 7200 Pro chipset, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage.
It has a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP main camera and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. And in the front, a 32MP shooter handles selfie duties.
The phone runs on Nothing OS 2.5 on top of Android 14 with a 5000mAh battery and 45W fast charging, stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a redesigned Glyph Interface.
The Phone (2a) was teased by local distributor Digital Walker, so we know it’s on its way to the Philippines. However, local pricing is yet to be revealed. In other regions, though, it goes for EUR 379 (roughly PHP 24,000).
The regular Phone (2a), on the other hand, is out in Philippine stores in white and dark grey colors, priced at PHP 18,990 for the 8GB+128GB variant, and PHP 20,990 for the 12GB+256GB variant.
