OPPO Reno12 F 5G Coming Soon

Xiaomi revealed a new budget phone to bolster its lineup. The Redmi 14C is now official and it looks like another value-for-money offering.

The Redmi 14C has a large 6.88-inch display with 1640×720 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen also has a peak brightness of 600 nits with TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra processor with several configurations of a minimum of 4GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. A huge 5160mAh battery keeps the lights on with 18W USB-C fast charging.

Although it appears there are four cutouts at the back, the phone only has two cameras — a 50MP main camera paired with an auxiliary lens. In front, a 13MP shooter is tucked under a waterdrop notch for selfies and video calls.

The Redmi 14C comes in Midnight Black, Sage Green, Dreamy Purple, and Starry Blue. In Czechia, prices range from CZK 2,999 (Php 7,400 or USD 130) for the 4GB+128GB model and go all the way up to CZK 3,699 (Php 9,200 or USD 163) for the 8GB+256GB model.

There’s no word yet on if the phone will be available in the Philippines. However, Xiaomi posted a teaser of the handset on its PH Facebook page.
