Sony has announced the second generation of its ZV-E10 camera, the ZV-E10 II. The new camera is designed for content creators, building on the strengths of the original model while introducing new features and upgrades.
Sony ZV-E10 II
The ZV-E10 II features a 26MP Exmor R CMOS sensor and Sony’s latest BIONZ XR image processing engine, offering enhanced image quality compared to its predecessor. Autofocus and video capturing capabilities have also been improved.

New features include a Cinematic Vlog Setting for simplified cinematic video creation and a vertical format user interface for easy content creation on social media platforms. Additionally, the camera boasts an upgraded battery for extended recording times and improved connectivity for live streaming and data transfer.
For creators, the ZV-E10 II comes with new features designed to simplify the production process. Ten Creative Look options and the ability to customize settings allow for personalized aesthetics. The camera also features a Product Showcase Setting for smooth focus transitions between faces and objects and a Background Defocus function for creating bokeh effects.
For a streamlined workflow, the camera boasts a new vertical user interface that automatically adjusts to the shooting orientation. It also supports high-speed wired data transfer and features in-camera time-lapse creation capabilities.
Moreover, the ZV-E10 II remains compact and lightweight, weighing approximately 377 grams. It is also designed with environmental responsibility in mind. The camera body is made from recycled materials, and the packaging utilizes Sony’s unique recycled paper material.
E PZ 16-50mm F3.5-5.6 OSS II Lens
The ZV-E10 II can be purchased as part of a kit with the new E PZ 16-50mm F3.5-5.6 OSS II lens. This compact zoom lens offers a versatile focal length range (35mm full-frame equivalent: 24-75mm) and delivers high-resolution performance.

The lens features a minimum focusing distance suitable for capturing close-up details and retracts for easy portability. Additionally, it boasts built-in optical stabilization and supports in-body breathing compensation for smooth, stable footage.
