Fnatic ONIC PH (FNOP) has emerged victorious in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Philippines Season 14, winning the championship title after a best-of-seven series against Aurora MLBB (RORA).
FNOP dominated the season, dropping only one match to Smart Omega during the regular season. Their performance in the playoffs, culminating in a 4-3 victory over RORA in the Grand Finals, solidified their position as the top contenders.
The championship title also secured them the largest share of the prize pool worth USD 150,000 or over Php 8.7 million. Moreover, their victory earned them the right to represent the Philippines at the upcoming M6 World Championship in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Gold Laner Duane “Kelra” Pillas was named the Finals Most Valuable Player (FMVP). His exceptional gameplay played a crucial role in Fnatic ONIC PH’s triumph.
The Grand Finals of MPL PH Season 14 shattered previous viewership records, attracting a peak concurrent viewership of 1,595,994. This surpassed the previous record of 1.4 million viewers set during Season 7 in 2021.
MLBB M6 World Championship
Both FNOP and RORA will now represent the Philippines in the upcoming M6 World Championship in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The M6 World Championship is the world’s largest and most prestigious MLBB esports tournament, featuring 16 top teams from around the globe, competing for a prize pool of USD 1 million.
With this remarkable achievement, MPL PH Season 14 has solidified its position as one of the most popular esports leagues in the region.
