Netflix’s ‘Physical: 100’ turns into ‘Physical: Asia’, welcomes boxing legend Manny Pacquiao

The hit survival reality competition show Physical: 100 is making a comeback with a huge twist. The show, which has dominated Netflix’s Global Top 10 TV Series (Non-English) rankings for two consecutive years, has now rebranded as Physical: Asia.

Premiering in the fourth quarter of this year, the series will also introduce a huge change, adding living boxing legend Manny Pacquiao to its lineup.

Pacquiao is revered worldwide as the only boxer in history to hold titles in eight different weight divisions, showcasing his incredible talent and unbreakable spirit. His participation also highlights the growing ambition of Physical: Asia — a showdown among Asia’s top athletes, with national pride at stake.

In previous seasons, 100 elite competitors fought to outlast each other in grueling individual tournaments. This time, Physical: Asia shifts the format to a high-stakes team competition, featuring top-tier athletes representing their respective countries. Regardless of age, gender, or weight class, competitors will unite under their national flags, raising the stakes and intensity to new heights.

Physical: 100 is Netflix’s first Korean unscripted series to land in the top spot on the Global Top 10 (Non-English) list.

For those looking to catch up on the excitement, the first two seasons of Physical: 100 are now streaming on Netflix. Stay tuned for more updates on Physical: Asia.
