Meizu makes Philippine return with two new smartphones in tow

It’s been a while since we heard of Meizu. However, it looks like the smartphone brand is going to make a comeback in the Philippines, this time under Geely Motors.

On Facebook, Meizu announced that it will be launching two new devices in the country — the Meizu Note 21 and Meizu Mblu 21.

These devices offer budget pricing and features. They will be announced at the Geely Motor Philippines launch event at the Filinvest Tent in Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

MEIZU Note 21

The MEIZU Note 21 features a 6.74-inch display with an HD resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 450 nits.

Under the hood, it is powered by a Unisoc T606 processor with 4G connectivity, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging.

The device has a dual rear camera with a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor. It also has an 8MP front shooter under a water drop notch for selfies and video calls.

The Meizu Note 21 comes in Gulf Blue, Diamond Black, and Ivory colors.

MEIZU Mblu 21

The Meizu Mblu 21, on the other hand, has a 6.79-inch display with HD resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.

The handset is equipped with a Unisoc T606 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and a 4900mAh battery. It also has a side fingerprint scanner for security.

For optics, the phone has a 13MP main camera and an 8MP hole-punch selfie shooter. It comes in Ocean Blue, Titan Black, and Diamond White colors.
