For the second consecutive year, vivo returns as the Official Presenting Partner of NBA All-Star Voting in the Philippines.
As the NBA All-Star weekend approaches, vivo joins the NBA in celebrating the highly anticipated event, set to take place in the San Francisco Bay Area from Saturday, February 15 to Monday, February 17.
NBA All-Star Voting presented by vivo allowed fans in the Philippines to vote for their favorite NBA players as starters for the 2025 NBA All-Star Game on February 17 at Chase Center in San Francisco. The voting process consisted of inputs from fans (50%), current NBA players (25%), and a media panel (25%).
This year’s NBA All-Star Game will feature a new format: a mini-tournament with four teams and three games. The 24 NBA All-Star selections will be divided into three teams, with rosters selected by NBA Legends Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal, and Kenny Smith at the NBA All-Star Draft on Friday, February 7. The fourth team will be the winner of the Castrol Rising Stars championship game, an annual showcase of top first- and second-year NBA players and NBA G League standouts, led by WNBA Legend Candace Parker.
Filipino basketball fans can catch all the action during NBA All-Star weekend, including the Castrol Rising Stars on Saturday, February 15 at 10:00 a.m., State Farm All-Star Saturday Night on Sunday, February 16 at 9:00 a.m., and the 74th NBA All-Star Game on Monday, February 17 at 9:00 a.m.
The events will be broadcast on national free-to-air channels and NBA League Pass via the NBA App. vivo ensures that fans can enjoy the NBA All-Star moments on vibrant screen displays and with long battery life to keep up with extended watch sessions.
