X brings NBA action to its Gametime hub

X has added the NBA to its Gametime hub. This gives basketball fans a dedicated space for live scores, stats, highlights, and game-day conversations. The new partnership has started for the 2026-27 NBA season.

The NBA is the latest major sports league to join Gametime. X launched the feature with the NFL before expanding it to MLB. With the NBA onboard, fans can follow games and breaking developments from one place inside the app.

The NBA hub will pull together live scores, team and player stats, official league updates, news, and video highlights. Fans can also follow reactions from creators and join conversations during games.

Users will be able to personalize the experience by selecting their favorite teams. This allows the platform to surface team-specific content, updates, and notifications throughout the season.

The hub is also designed for fans who follow games in real time. Users can set reminders for upcoming matches, join live discussions, and view highlights linked to key plays. X also plans to make live NBA broadcasts available through its Tap to Watch feature.
