BPI launches ePayroll to simplify payroll processing in the Philippines

BPI has launched ePayroll, a new digital payroll system designed to make payroll processing easier for businesses and provide a smooth onboarding experience for employees.

ePayroll allows for a simpler and more accessible payroll account opening process. Account setup is faster and more seamless. This means employees no longer need to visit a BPI branch.

Employers will also find it easier to onboard employees and manage payroll details. They can upload payroll information in a single file and ensure timely salary disbursements.

Starting February, businesses can access BPI ePayroll through BPI BizLink, the bank’s corporate banking platform that simplifies payroll processing, collections, disbursements, and liquidity management.

Employers can upload employee information with just one ID requirement through BizLink. Within an hour, employees will receive their ePayroll invitations and a unique reference code via email and SMS. This secure code allows them to access the ePayroll portal and complete their registration within seven calendar days.

Employees can set up their ePayroll accounts from anywhere using their mobile phones, tablets, or laptops. They will also receive detailed daily reports, allowing them to track and document newly opened accounts easily.

For more information on BPI ePayroll, visit https://l.bpi.com.ph/BPIePayroll or contact the BPI BizLink hotline at (+632) 8790-1400 (banking days only) or email bizlink@bpi.com.ph.
