vivo Y300 GT unveiled with 144Hz display, Dimensity 8400, and 7485mAh battery

vivo has announced the Y300 GT in China as the latest member of the Y300 series. The device brings a fresh design and powerful features to the lineup.

The vivo Y300 GT bears a resemblance to the iQOO Z10 Turbo, sporting a sleek, flat design with a square-shaped camera module. It features a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 2800×1260 resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 5500 nits.

Under the hood, the device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. Keeping it running is a massive 7485mAh battery that supports 90W fast charging.

For photography, the 50MP main camera and 2MP depth sensor on the rear promise decent shots, while the 16MP front-facing camera handles selfies and video calls.

Other notable features include an in-display fingerprint scanner and enhanced durability, protecting against drops and water ingress.

As of now, vivo has yet to confirm global availability. In China, the Y300 GT starts at CNY 1,999 (₱15,300 / $277) for the 8GB+256GB variant. Stay tuned for further updates.
