Android phones with Quick Share AirDrop support

Google is rolling out Quick Share with AirDrop support to more Android phones, letting users send files between Android and iOS without third‑party apps.

This update was largely driven by the EU’s Digital Markets Act (DMA), which forced tech giants like Apple and Google to make their platforms work with competitors.

The feature first showed up on the Pixel 10 series, then expanded to older Pixel models, Samsung Galaxy S26, OPPO Find X9 Ultra (and Find X9 series), and vivo X300 Ultra. It’s also live on the Pixel 8a and OPPO Find N6.

Google confirmed more devices will follow, including the Galaxy S25, S24, Z Fold7, Z Flip7, Z Fold6, and Galaxy Z TriFold. Other brands lined up are the OPPO Find X8, OnePlus 15, HONOR Magic V6, and HONOR Magic8 Pro.

With Quick Share and AirDrop working together, sharing photos, videos, and files across Android and iOS becomes simpler. No rollout dates yet, but the EU mandate is pushing companies to open up their ecosystems.
