Canon's new video-centric EOS R50 V, V1, and lightweight V10 cameras are built for creators in the Philippines.

Canon Philippines has launched its new EOS/PowerShot V Series, designed to help content creators level up from smartphone videos. The lineup includes the EOS R50 V, PowerShot V1, and PowerShot V10, compact, user-friendly cameras built with video in mind.

Canon EOS / PowerShot Series

The EOS R50 V features a 24.2-megapixel APS-C sensor and cinema-grade functions, including 4K livestreaming at 60fps. It’s designed for handheld and vertical shooting and comes with Canon’s RF-S14-30mm f/4-6.3 IS STM PZ lens, which offers power zoom.

The PowerShot V1 packs a 1.4-inch sensor, a built-in zoom lens, an ND filter, and can record for up to six hours.

The smaller PowerShot V10 features 4K UHD video at 30fps, a 1.0-inch CMOS sensor, and built-in image stabilization. It weighs just 211g and includes a built-in stand and microphone. Other features include a wide-angle lens, face tracking, and smooth skin tone mode.

All three cameras support 10-bit Canon Log 3 for flexible color editing and come equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for easy sharing and control.

Local pricing starts at ₱56,998 for the EOS R50 V (body only), ₱54,998 for the PowerShot V1, and ₱21,998 for the PowerShot V10. A content creator kit for the R50 V is also available for ₱64,998.

The new cameras are now available in Canon stores across the Philippines.
