vivo has launched the X Fold5 in the Philippines, marking its first foldable smartphone release in Southeast Asia. The device is now available in the country, starting August 16, 2025, with a price of ₱109,999.
The foldable comes in Titanium Gray and includes 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Early buyers will get a vivo Watch GT, a vivo VIP Card, and a vivo Life Bag.
The X Fold5 weighs 217g and features a durable hinge design. It’s rated IPX8 and IPX9 for water resistance, and IP5X for dust protection.
The phone has two screens: an 8.03-inch main display and a 6.53-inch cover screen. Both use LTPO AMOLED panels with 2K+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 4500 nits peak brightness.
For photography, it sports a triple 50MP camera setup, co-developed with ZEISS: a main sensor, a telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and an ultra-wide lens. The phone is powered by a 6000mAh battery that supports 80W wired and 40W wireless charging.
Inside, the X Fold5 runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. It also includes multitasking tools like Origin Workbench, which allows up to five apps to run at the same time, and built-in support for Google Gemini, as well as several AI-powered tools.

The vivo X Fold5 is now available in the Philippines for ₱109,999. It comes in Titanium Gray with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. Freebies include a vivo Watch GT (worth ₱7,099), a vivo VIP Card preloaded with ₱7,000, and a vivo Life Bag (₱1,299).
