Lenovo unveils Legion Go 2 gaming handheld with OLED display and Ryzen Z2 Extreme

Lenovo announces Legion Go 2 with OLED screen and Ryzen Z2 Extreme chip.

Lenovo has officially announced the Legion Go 2, its latest handheld gaming PC. The device was revealed at IFA 2025 and brings several upgrades over the original Legion Go.

The Legion Go 2 features an 8.8-inch OLED display with a 1920×1200 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits brightness. The display uses a 16:10 aspect ratio and supports VESA TrueBlack 1000.

Under the hood, it runs on up to an AMD Ryzen Z2 Extreme processor paired with up to an AMD Radeon 890M graphics. Users can configure it with up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 2TB of PCIe SSD storage. A microSD card slot is also included for extra space.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. The device has two USB Type-C ports (USB 4.0), a 3.5mm headphone jack, stereo speakers, and a fingerprint scanner on the power button.

Lenovo Legion Go 2

The Legion Go 2 runs Windows 11 and comes in Eclipse Black. It is powered by a 74Wh battery and supports 65W fast charging. It also features redesigned detachable TrueStrike controllers for better comfort and handling.

The Legion Go 2 will be available starting October 2025, with a base price of EUR 999 (₱66,470 / $1,171).
