Home Credit Philippines has reached a major milestone, serving over 12 million customers since it began operations in 2013. From just 33 customers in its first year, the company has grown into a nationwide lender with 18,000 partner stores and 10,000 sales associates.
Between January 2024 and August 2025, Home Credit financed 2.5 million smartphones, about 5,000 devices per day. iPhones remain the top choice, with financing hitting ₱10 billion in 2024 and expected to reach ₱20 billion by the end of 2025.
The company also helps families upgrade their homes. During peak months, it financed 700 refrigerators, 1,400 TVs, and 1,100 air conditioners daily. Mobility financing is expanding, too. Since 2024, nearly 70,000 motorcycles and e-bikes have been financed, totaling ₱4.5 billion.
To support customers beyond lending, Home Credit offers insurance for both borrowers and devices. As of August 2025, it has paid out ₱1.75 billion in claims and repaired or replaced 70,000 devices.
Customers can now access services through a mobile app available on Android and iOS. The app allows users to apply for loans, manage accounts, and make payments.
