HUAWEI launches WATCH GT 6 Series, expands wearables and creative tech lineup

HUAWEI debuts new smartwatches and creative tech at Paris launch event.

HUAWEI has introduced its latest smartwatches and devices at a global launch event in Paris. The new WATCH GT 6 Series leads the lineup, offering up to 21 days of battery life and improved health tracking.

HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 Pro

It includes upgraded modes for cycling, trail running, golf, and skiing. Cyclists get a virtual power meter, while runners benefit from real-time terrain analysis. Golfers and skiers get better maps and tracking tools.

The WATCH Ultimate 2 is built for deep-sea use. It is the first smartwatch rated for 150-meter diving. It also features audio functionality, which enables underwater watch-to-watch messaging up to 30 meters and a one-touch SOS up to 60 meters.

The WATCH D2 also joins the lineup with better blood pressure monitoring and a new Blue color option.

Beyond wearables, HUAWEI launched the nova 14 Series, MatePad 12 X PaperMatte Edition, and FreeBuds 7i

The nova 14 focuses on portrait photography with AI editing tools. The MatePad 12 X supports stylus input and aims to improve digital creativity. HUAWEI also announced the GoPaint 2025 global art contest, now with an animation category.

The company introduced a new brand message, “Now Is Yours,” reiterating its commitment to supporting youth culture and using innovation to connect with the global community.
