vivo X300 series set for October launch in China

The lineup includes the standard vivo X300 and the higher-end X300 Pro.

The vivo X300 series is set to launch on October 13 in China. The lineup includes two models: the standard vivo X300 and the higher-end X300 Pro.

Both phones will run on the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip with OriginOS 6, based on Android 16. vivo plans to introduce the new OS three days earlier, on October 10.

According to reports, the regular X300 features a 6.31-inch display and measures 7.95mm thick. It will be available in four color options.

The X300 Pro, on the other hand, will offer more advanced specs. It includes 16GB of RAM, 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage, and a 6,510 mAh battery. vivo also confirmed the Pro model will carry its VS1 and V3+ chips. It comes in black and gold colors.

Alongside the phones, vivo is expected to unveil three other products: the Pad5e tablet, TWS 5 earbuds, and Watch GT 2.
