Statista and the Philippine Daily Inquirer have released their 2025 ranking of the best employers in the Philippines. The list highlights the top 300 companies, with the top 20 earning the highest marks based on employee feedback.

The study evaluated over 2,000 companies and surveyed 16,000 employees across various industries. Respondents rated their employers on a scale of 0 to 10, focusing on workplace satisfaction and likelihood to recommend their organization to others.

  9. Accenture – 8.94
  10. Toyota Aisin Philippines – 8.92
  11. Metrobank – 8.88
  12. Ateneo de Manila University – 8.86
  13. Unilab – 8.85
  14. De La Salle University – 8.83
