Statista and the Philippine Daily Inquirer have released their 2025 ranking of the best employers in the Philippines. The list highlights the top 300 companies, with the top 20 earning the highest marks based on employee feedback.
The study evaluated over 2,000 companies and surveyed 16,000 employees across various industries. Respondents rated their employers on a scale of 0 to 10, focusing on workplace satisfaction and likelihood to recommend their organization to others.

- Unilab – 8.85
- De La Salle University – 8.83
- University of the Philippines – 8.82
- Samsung Electro-Mechanics – 8.81
- Manila Doctors Hospital – 8.79
- Jollibee Foods – 8.78
- Honda – 8.78
- Mindanao State University – 8.77
The list covers a wide range of industries, including real estate, government, education, healthcare, and technology. It features both private companies and public institutions, showing the variety of workplaces known for creating good work environments.

In total, 300 companies were awarded. Popular tech companies on the list include Samsung, Microsoft, Globe, Epson, Canon, GCash, vivo Philippines, Grab, Dito Telecommunity, Huawei, Shopee, Lazada, Home Credit, and Food Panda.
