Manny Pacquiao launches Manny Pay, a BSP-regulated payment app

Manny Pay supports payments through e-wallets, credit cards, online banking, and over-the-counter centers.

Former senator Manny Pacquiao has launched Manny Pay, a new digital payments app regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). The platform is built for both consumers and businesses in the Philippines.

Manny Pay supports payments through e-wallets, credit cards, online banking, and over-the-counter centers. It also offers tools for businesses, including mass payouts, recurring payments, and online collections.

The app is operated by Manny Pay Corporation and powered by 7th Pillar Integration Systems Corp.

This marks Pacquiao’s shift from crypto ventures to regulated fintech. In the past, he launched Pac Token and PacPay, a crypto firm. He also released NFT collections, including one linked to LodiCoin, which was flagged by the SEC.
