Manny Pay not closing, clarifies advisory with new app next month

Manny Pay has clarified it is not shutting down. The company says a new version of the Manny Pay app will launch next month, with account changes taking effect on November 10, 2026.

The confusion started after an advisory on its website. The original message looked like the service was ending, but they rewrote it and explained in an official statement that only the old app is closing. A new version will replace it as part of its “next chapter.”

To prepare, Manny Pay is asking customers to move their balances to Traxion Pay. Accounts will be automatically converted, so users can still access their money. Support will stay open until November 10, then Traxion Pay will handle all concerns.

In its statement, the company said that it is working with more partners to build a stronger and more reliable payment service. The company promised that accounts and transactions will not be affected by the transition. It also said the goal is still to give Filipinos the best customer experience, continuing the legacy of its former chairman, Manny Pacquiao.
