nubia Philippines launches first nubia Pro League

nubia Philippines has officially joined the local esports scene with the launch of the first nubia Pro League (NPL) Season 1. The event took place on November 5 at SM City Sta. Mesa and brings together top amateur Mobile Legends: Bang Bang teams for a day of competition.

The tournament highlights nubia’s push to support Filipino gamers with powerful and affordable smartphones. The featured device was the nubia Neo 3 GT 5G Limited Edition, designed for mobile gaming with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, a 120Hz display, and a large 6000mAh battery with cooling technology.

Four teams competed in the event: TOTCH ODK Heroes, Minerva Esports, Chillzone Esports, and Maru × Minerva. TOTCH ODK Heroes won the championship, taking home ₱25,000, five gaming phones, and exclusive nubia merchandise.

nubia Philippines says more tournaments and gaming events are planned for 2026. The brand aims to make esports more accessible and continue supporting local players.
