The vivo X300 series made its global debut earlier this month. The lineup includes two models.

The standard X300 features a 6.31-inch AMOLED display, a 200MP ZEISS main camera, and a 6040mAh battery. It supports 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. The phone runs on OriginOS 6, based on Android 16, and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip. It also comes with IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance.

The X300 Pro offers a larger 6.78-inch AMOLED display and a 6510mAh battery. It carries a 50MP gimbal-style main camera and a 200MP telephoto lens. Like the X300, it supports fast charging and runs on the same chipset and operating system.

Both models include 5G connectivity, ultrasonic fingerprint sensors, and stereo speakers.
