The Xiaomi 17 Series is now official in the Philippines, bringing the Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra to local stores. The new phones continue Xiaomi’s partnership with Leica, focusing on better cameras, strong performance, and durable designs.
For the display, the Xiaomi 17 Series uses OLED panels with up to 3,500 nits peak brightness. The screens support 1–120Hz refresh rates for smooth visuals.
The Ultra adds Xiaomi’s HyperRGB technology for sharper and more efficient performance. Both models have slim bezels and are protected by Xiaomi Shield Glass and IP68 certification.
Inside, the phones run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip. The 17 Ultra has a 6000mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. The vanilla 17 has a slightly larger 6330mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
For photography, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra comes with a 1‑inch Light Fusion 1050L sensor and a Leica 200MP telephoto camera with 75–100mm optical zoom. It can extend up to 400mm for long‑range shots. Video recording goes up to 4K 120fps with Dolby Vision support.

The Xiaomi 17, on the other hand, has a Light Fusion 950 sensor, a Leica 60mm telephoto lens for portraits and macro shots, and a 50MP front camera with autofocus.
Price in the Philippines
