Panasonic has partnered with Shenzhen Skyworth Display Technology to handle its TV business in North America and Europe starting April 2026. The deal covers manufacturing, sales, and marketing, giving Panasonic access to Skyworth’s production scale while keeping its focus on high-end OLED development.
The company said Panasonic TVs will continue to carry the same quality and design standards. Customer support will remain under Panasonic’s control for both old and new models.
For now, the partnership is limited to the US and Europe, but expansion to other regions is possible. Panasonic also revealed its 2026 OLED and LCD lineup, assuring buyers that business will continue as usual.
This announcement comes as other Japanese brands make similar moves. Sony recently partnered with TCL, giving the Chinese company majority control of its TV and audio division while keeping the Bravia brand alive.
