POCO is bringing the POCO M8s 5G to the Philippines this April, offering a phone with a massive battery and everyday reliability. It’s a step up from the C-series, with more power, a sharper display, and better value under the M-series lineup.
At the center of the POCO M8s 5G is a monstrous 7,000mAh battery that POCO said can last up to two days on a single charge. Even at one percent, it is able to make calls or keep the phone on standby.
The battery also retains 80 percent capacity after 1,600 charge cycles, highlighting durability for long-term use. Charging is supported by 33W fast charging, 18W reverse charging, and POCO’s Smart Charging Engine 2.0.
The POCO M8s 5G features a 6.7-inch 1.5K display with a 2340×1080 resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and TUV Rheinland eye-care certifications for reduced eye strain. It has Wet Touch 2.0 for responsive controls even with wet fingers. Its design includes a quad-curved back, dual-tone finish, and comes in Black and White.
Inside, the phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. It runs on Xiaomi HyperOS and supports AI features such as Google Gemini and Circle to Search.
For photography, it carries a 50MP AI dual camera system with tools like AI Erase and AI Sky. Other features include IP64 dust and water resistance, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a 200 percent volume boost.

The POCO M8s 5G will be available in two variants: 6GB+128GB priced at ₱11,999 and 8GB+256GB at ₱13,999. An exclusive early bird sale runs on Shopee from April 21 to 30, with Lazada and other platforms to follow.
