HUAWEI MatePad Pro Max launches globally with 13.2″ PaperMatte OLED display

HUAWEI has launched the MatePad Pro Max worldwide. The tablet features a huge 13.2‑inch Flexible OLED PaperMatte screen, pushing a 3000×2000 resolution, 94% screen‑to‑body ratio, and brightness that goes up to 1600 nits.

On the hardware side, the device packs a 50MP rear camera with autofocus and f/1.8 aperture, plus a 12MP front shooter for calls and content. A 10,400mAh battery keeps it running, with 66W fast charging and 40W wired reverse charging support.

Audio is handled by six speakers and four microphones with HUAWEI SOUND. Under the hood, you get options of 12GB or 16GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.

It runs HarmonyOS 4.3, with connectivity features like Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NearLink, and USB‑C 3.1.

Pricing starts at EUR 1,399 (around ₱99,300) for the 12GB+512GB model bundled with a Folio Cover. Other bundles include EUR 1,499 (₱106,400) with Smart Keyboard and EUR 1,649 (₱117,000) for the 16GB+512GB variant.

Accessories are sold separately, with the Folio Cover at EUR 79 and the Glide Keyboard at EUR 299 (₱21,200).

The MatePad Pro Max comes in Blue and Space Gray, with the PaperMatte Edition weighing around 499g–509g. HUAWEI has confirmed global availability, with a Philippine release expected soon.
