Xiaomi has announced the Xiaomi 17T Series in Vienna, introducing the Xiaomi 17T and 17T Pro. This is the first time the T lineup comes in two sizes, both carrying Leica’s 5x telephoto camera, TUV‑certified eye‑care displays, and larger batteries.
The phones feature a 50MP main camera with large sensors (1/1.31‑inch on the Pro, 1/1.55‑inch on the 17T) paired with Leica optics. Both models add Leica Live Moment, which captures motion and emotion beyond a single frame, extending to Portrait mode with natural bokeh.
The telephoto lens supports macro shots, 10x optical‑grade zoom, and up to 120x AI Ultra Zoom. The Pro also records 4K 60fps video with cinematic background blur and live cinematography options.
On the display side, Xiaomi debuts Xiaomi Vision Care, earning TUV Rheinland quadruple eye‑care certification. Both use 1.5K AMOLED panels with up to 3500‑nit brightness and high refresh rates (144Hz on Pro, 120Hz on 17T). Slim bezels add to the immersive look.
Under the hood, the Pro runs on the Dimensity 9500 (3nm), while the 17T uses the Dimensity 8500‑Ultra (4nm), both cooled by Xiaomi’s 3D IceLoop system.
Powering these features are big batteries and MediaTek chips. The 17T Pro packs a 7000mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless HyperCharge, while the 17T carries 6500mAh with 67W HyperCharge.
The Pro comes in Deep Blue, Deep Violet, and Black, while the 17T offers Violet, Opal White, Blue, and Black.

The Xiaomi 17T Pro starts at €899 (around ₱64,250 / $1,050), and the Xiaomi 17T at €749 (₱53,530 / $870). Buyers in eligible markets also get free trials of Google AI Pro, YouTube Premium, and Spotify Premium.
