2K and Hangar 13 announced the Man of Honor expansion for Mafia: The Old Country during Summer Game Fest 2026. The new content drops on August 14, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
The expansion adds two new chapters to Enzo Favara’s story, set in Sicily during winter 1905. This time, Enzo works with Ennio Salieri, who later becomes the Don of the Salieri crime family. The chapters pull players deeper into the Valle Dorata underworld, expanding the game’s narrative.
Players can expect new environments, weapons, vehicles, and charms. Free Ride mode also gets updated with fresh challenges, collectibles, and locations, with Salieri acting as the player’s contact.
To celebrate the reveal, 2K is running a Mafia franchise sale until mid-June 2026:
- Mafia: The Old Country – 30% off
- Mafia: Definitive Edition – 85% off
- Mafia II: Definitive Edition – 80% off
- Mafia III: Definitive Edition – 80% off
- Mafia Trilogy – 80% off
