Sony’s PlayStation 5 Pro Digital 2TB now costs ₱64,995 in the Philippines, up from its previous price of ₱56,950. The new price is listed on Datablitz, making Sony’s console more expensive for local buyers.
The jump is likely due to the continuous surge in memory prices, with DRAM and NAND costs pushing hardware prices higher worldwide. Retailers are adjusting to these changes, and the PS5 Pro is no exception.

Other devices have also seen similar increases in recent weeks. Smartphones and laptops were among the first products affected. Even Apple’s Macs and iPads were not spared from this trend.
For gamers, the PS5 Pro offers advanced ray tracing, sharper visuals through PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR), and smoother gameplay on 60Hz and 120Hz displays.
