The Redmi Note 17 Series is coming to the Philippines on September 15, 2026. The launch event will stream live at 5:00 PM on Xiaomi’s official channels. This follows the global release last August.
The lineup includes four models: Redmi Note 17 Pro Max, Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 17 5G, and Redmi Note 17 4G. Xiaomi PH has not confirmed which versions will be sold locally, but the Pro Max is expected to be the main focus.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro Max stands out with a monstrous 10,000mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging and 27W reverse charging. It has a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 3500 nits of brightness. Under the hood, it runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chip with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.
For cameras, it carries a 50MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 32MP selfie shooter. The phone runs HyperOS 3 on Android 16.
Other features include IP66/68/69 dust and water resistance, SGS drop resistance, dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and an IR blaster. Color options include Cloud Blush, Green, Black, and Purple.

We’re also expecting the Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G, together with the basic models. Pricing and exact model availability will be announced during the livestream.
