TECNO has launched the CAMON Slim 5G, a phone that packs a 6,000mAh battery inside a slim 6.39mm frame. The design takes cues from art and fashion, with five color options inspired by masters like Van Gogh and Mondrian.
The CAMON Slim 5G comes with a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen that runs at a 144Hz refresh rate. Inside, it is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300e 5G chip. TECNO promises three major OS upgrades and five years of security updates.
The main camera is a 50MP Sony LYTIA 700C Ultra-Night sensor. It has OIS, AI EIS, and AI Shutter for stable shots. Features include 2x telephoto zoom, fast shutter speeds, and portrait modes at 24mm, 35mm, and 50mm.
TECNO’s Universal Tone imaging will help keep skin tones natural. AI tools like Super-Zoom FlashSnap and LightMaster 2.0 help in low light and action shots.
The phone also adds AI lifestyle features. AI Snap Poster helps merchants, AI Pet Together makes composite portraits, and AI Healthy Eating checks calories. Productivity tools include AI Recording Notes and AI Class Schedule.
TECNO also offers the Mag Badge, a magnetic AMOLED accessory that works as a photo badge, remote shutter, and selfie helper.
Durability is strong with IP69K/IP69/IP68/IP66 ratings and MIL-STD-810 certification. The phone can recognize touch even when wet or oily and works with waterproof cases. Buyers in select markets will get a three-month Google AI Plus (2TB) trial.
