TECNO launches CAMON SLIM 5G in PH, shines at The Living Cover Runway

TECNO launched the CAMON SLIM 5G in the Philippines through “MAKE IT LIGHTER: The Living Cover Runway,” a fashion-inspired event that celebrated modern Filipino women and their stories.

The launch turned into a living magazine cover, blending technology, design, and real-life experiences.

The runway featured 15 women from different walks of life, including celebrities, creators, entrepreneurs, and working moms. Each was introduced with her story onscreen, showing what “making life lighter” means to them.

Personalities like Aubrey Miles, Kim Molina, Carlyn Ocampo, Fuschia Anne Ravena, and Max Collins joined the lineup, with Megan Young leading the finale as the CAMON Runway Muse.

The event’s fashion theme centered on Burgundy Red, the hero color of the CAMON SLIM 5G.

Each look used the color differently, inspired by modern Filipiniana styles with structured shapes, soft layers, and flowing fabrics that reflected each woman’s personality.

TECNO also introduced its collaboration with artist and photographer Angélica Dass, focusing on portraits of Filipino women and solo mothers through the lens of diskarte: the creativity and resourcefulness that define everyday strength.

The CAMON SLIM 5G packs a 6.39mm ultra-slim body, a 6,000mAh battery, and a 50MP Sony LYTIA 700C main camera. It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300e 5G chip and sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display.

The phone is built for style and performance, designed to fit easily into daily life while keeping up with fast-paced routines.

The CAMON SLIM 5G is priced at ₱27,999 for the 8GB+256GB model and ₱24,999 for the 8GB+128GB+8GB variant (TikTok Shop exclusive). It’s available in Burgundy Red, Matisse Black, and Rebel Pink, with 3D White coming soon.
