Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 17 Pro and Pro Max 5G in the Philippines, bringing Titan durability, HyperOS 3, and large batteries to the midrange lineup. Both phones feature reinforced water and drop resistance, bright AMOLED displays, and fast charging.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro Max 5G comes with a 6.83-inch FHD+ AMOLED display at 120Hz and 3500 nits brightness, protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Under the hood, it runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chip with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
Cameras include a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 32MP front shooter. The phone packs a 10,000mAh battery with 100W wired charging and 27W reverse charging.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G, on the other hand, features the same 6.83-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It’s powered by a Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor and offers up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.

Cameras include a 50MP main, 8MP ultra-wide, and 16MP front sensors. It packs an 8,340mAh battery with 67W fast charging and 22.5W reverse charging.
Price and Availability
Prices for the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max 5G are ₱32,999 for 16GB+512GB, ₱30,999 for 12GB+256GB (Shopee exclusive), and ₱28,999 for 8GB+256GB.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G costs ₱23,999 for 8GB+256GB, ₱22,999 for 6GB+256GB, and ₱20,999 for 6GB+128GB.
Early bird buyers from September 15 to October 1 get freebies like the Redmi Watch 6 Active or Redmi Buds 8 Lite.
Pre-orders with a ₱500 down payment include up to ₱2,000 off plus gifts like a VIP Card, SB19 Photocards, and a poster. Devices are available through Xiaomi stores, Lazada, and Shopee.
Also available are the Redmi Note 17 5G and 4G, which start at ₱15,999 and ₱13,999.
