Apart from the Cherry Mobile Flare, the other new handset launched by the local phone brand Cherry Mobile is the W500 Titan. Like the 4-inch Flare, the Titan will be sold for a very, very low price. Cherry Mobile says the Titan will retail for only P6,499.
The Cherry Mobile W500 Titan offers a 5-inch display which brings it into the “phablet” category like the Samsung Galaxy Note or the LG Optimus Vu. The similarity does not end in the display size, the Cherry Mobile Titan also features a flip cover just like the Galaxy Note. With the cheap price of the Titan, however, don’t expect a similar build quality or performance as Samsung’s phablet.
Based on internal hardware, the Cherry Mobile W500 Titan looks like a capable phone. The Titan is powered by a 1GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6577 CPU paired with 512MB of RAM with an internal storage of 4GB that’s expandable up 32GB via microSD. The Titan has a 5-megapixel rear shooter and a front-facing VGA camera. The battery on the Titan is 2,350mAh, which is better than the one used on the Flare.

got mine last sunday, ver9 na, pero walang flipcover or jelly case. had to buy it mismo sa cherry mobile store. 500 ang price ng jelly case. tapos di pa nagbabasa ang CDR KING na microSD. anyway sulit na sulit!
I love my white Titan!
Just got it a few days ago after reading reviews here and there and weighing the pros and cons. The camera is not that good, but so practical with the price. I am into photography and what I did to solve the cam prob is (1)-I do few editing (using the phone) to enhance the pic or if I really wanted na maganda ang pic, (2) I bought a wifi ready na sd card so madali lang ang pag transfer ng pic to the cam for posting or just keeping it in the album for viewing.

kaso lng bat ung batt. akala ko ba aabot ng 2days kahit puro games , net and text ang gngwa ? kaya ba ganto ang akin eh dahil bago palang or kulang sa charge nung unang beses ko siya chinarge ?

sa wakas nakabili rin ako! sa SM north edsa, pagkabukas p lng ng mall ang dami ng naghahanap nito, kapag ala sa mismong CM store (4th flr annex) sa 5th floor meron din sa Phone Twist… ganda ng titan, responsive ang screen, ok lng ang reso. at design. pero sa camera malabo pero ok lng, perfect to sa gaming kc matagal maubos batt at may 5 point feature narin na update ang CM…
