HTC Chacha Coming to the Philippines Via Smart

The HTC Chacha “Facebook phone” is coming to the Philippines through Smart Communications.  This is clear from recent ads from Smart announcing the arrival of the phone in the Philippines.

The HTC ChaCha is an Android touchscreen phone with QWERTY keypad and a dedicated Facebook button, hence, the moniker Facebook phone.   The Facebook button pulsates in bright blue whenever the phone thinks there is something worth sharing on Facebook.
