If you’re a geek by heart, there are two movies that you should be watching out for – Iron Man 3 and Star Trek Into Darkness. These upcoming movies have new trailers and both were shown at the recent Super Bowl game in the US.
The Iron Man 3 trailer is an “extended” one since there was already a shorter version released earlier. Iron Man 3 of course stars Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark and if you’re a movie buff, you’ve probably seen the first two Iron Man movies. Iron Man 3 has a screening date of May 3, 2013, which is really still months away.
The new trailer shows Tony Stark rescue passengers from a burning plane and even with a clip as short as this, I can already feel the thrill and excitement. The trailer also shows the movie’s villain. Here’s the “extended look”, but the first half is actually just Robert Downey Jr. looking around and saying it’s “extensive” more than “extended”. Watch the clip and see what I’m talking about.

Star Trek Into Darkness is also going to be shown on May 17, 2013, which is also months away from today. There have been a lot of Star Trek movies made but this one appears to be the best one if we will base it on the trailer. Also, this is directed by renowned director JJ Abrams so the movie should be good. JJ Abrams directed another Star Trek Movei which was shown in 2009 and he has been chosen to direct the next Star Wars movie. Star Trek Into Darkness features Benedict Cumberbatch, the guy who plays Sherlock Holmes in the BBC series Sherlock.
Here’s the new Star Trek trailer.
