Last July 1 not only saw the launch of the LG G3 here in the Philippines, they were also keen to show off the new LG G Watch.
The G Watch features Google’s Android Wear. It boasts a 400 mAh battery and lasts a whole day. It uses a standard strap making it easy to swap it with another strap of your choice. And unlike some other smart watches, this one is compatible with any device that runs Android 4.3 and above.
Playing around with the smart watch, I was surprised how fluid it was. Android Wear feels very polished and responsive. Swiping between screens feels very smooth. Also, the build quality is great. The G Watch feels and looks a lot better than the images. It may look a bit bulky, but the design is polished and clean. I’m not really a fan of smart watches (so far), but this is something I might consider having.
The LG G Watch has not yet been officially launched. There are no information yet on price and availability.
