WD, a Western Digital company, is expanding its apps offerings by introducing Plex, an entertainment app that can now be downloaded to and deployed on the My Cloud NAS series. Plex organizes video, music and photos from personal media libraries and streams them to smart TVs, streaming boxes and mobile devices.
