With the Samsung Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9+ now official, Smart Communications announced their postpaid offerings for the flagships.

One of 2018’s most anticipated smartphones, the Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9+ are not aesthetically different from its predecessors, but they do still offer a lot of exciting features and changes. For one, the fingerprint sensor is now placed underneath camera where its more natural to reach. Another is the Galaxy S9+‘s dual camera setup.

Like Samsung’s previous flagships, these new ones come with a hefty price tag. But Smart’s new postpaid offering makes these devices easier to reach. Here’s a list of the telco’s new GigaX plans, and the corresponding cash-outs for the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ variants.

Probably the best deal here is the GigaX Plan 1499. You can have the Galaxy S9 64GB by just adding Php1,000 on top of your monthly bill. That means the flagship is yours for just Php2,499 a month for 24-months. Or if you prefer the bigger Galaxy S9+ 64GB, just add Php1,300 a month, for a total of just Php2,799 a month, also for 24 months. And that’s aside from the plan inclusions of 5GB open access data, 10GB for streaming videos, unlimited texts to all networks, 60 minutes calls to all networks, and roll-over of unused data to the next month.

Not bad if you ask me. Of course, you can always pay for the cash-out and get the device at a discounted rate versus the SRP.
