The Fitbit Versa was recently unveiled. The company’s latest fitness smartwatch is coming to the Philippines soon.

Fitbit’s latest smartwatch, the Fitbit Versa, was recently announced and its coming to the Philippines.
The Versa features a lightweight aluminum/glass build with a new dashboard that allows quick and easy access to health and fitness data. The new smartwatch has an enhanced 24/7 PurePulse heart rate tracking, Sleep Stages and Insight monitor, an on-screen personal workout coach in Fitbit Coach, over 15 Exercise modes, storage for music, and more.
As a fitness device, the Versa is water resistant up to 50 meters, allowing tracking while swimming. It also has a four day battery life, something that current smartwatches find hard to deliver.
Fitbit also announces new female health tracking to help women track their menstrual cycle, view holistic health data in one place, and better understand connections to their overall health. Female health tracking will be available on-device for Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic users, and to all Fitbit app users starting in May 2018.
“Female health tracking will empower women with a greater understanding of their menstrual cycles in conjunction with their physical and mental health, as they start to recognize what are normal trends over time versus what could be an issue to share with their doctor,” said Dr. Katharine White, MD MPH, assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Boston University School of Medicine and Fitbit Advisor.

Price and Availability
Fitbit Versa will be available in the Philippines in the second quarter 2018 with a suggested retail price of Php13,890 in black with a black aluminum case, gray with a silver aluminum case, or peach with a rose gold aluminum case. Fitbit Versa Special Edition will retail for Php15,590; accessories ranging from Php1,899 to Php5,499. The Versa will be available in Digital Walker, Globe, Liberty, Runnr and Lazada.
