Canon EOS M50 recently debuted in the Philippines. The mirrorless camera features 24MP sensor, DIGIC 8 image processor.

Canon’s latest entry level mirrorless camera, the Canon EOS M50, recently launched in the Philippines. The camera comes with a new 24.1MP APS-C CMOS sensor with a DIGIC 8 Image Processor,a 2.36M-dot OLED electronic viewfinder, and a nice hand grip.

The new sensor give the M50 the capability to shoot 4K videos at 24 fps, as well as 720p 120-fps slow motion videos.

The camera also has an articulating 3-inch touchscreen LCD that allows for more convenient shooting in different angles. Other specs include a single control dial, an EOS EF-M mount, ISO 100-25,600, built-in Wi-Fi, NFC, and Bluetooth.

The Canon EOS M50 body only kit has a suggested retail price of Php38,998. It is also available with an EF-M 14-45mm kit lens for Php44,998, and with double kit lens of 14-45mm and an additional 55-2oomm telephoto lens for Php60,998. It is available for pre-order in Canon stores and authorized partners. Those who do will get a free Php2,000 gift certificate.
