Huawei Philippines launches the Huawei Nova 3 in the Philippines. The handset features quad cameras, a powerful Kirin 970 processor, and 6GB RAM.
Huawei Nova 3 is priced at PHP25,990 in the Philippines
Huawei Philippines has been on a roll, launching the popular Nova 2i last year, and then following it up with another hit in the Nova 3i. Yesterday, the company announced the Nova 3, another quad-camera touting handset, but this time with more powerful internal specs.
The Huawei Nova 3 is essentially the same phone as the Nova 3i but with a more powerful internals. The main difference between the two starts with the processor. The Nova 3 packs a more powerful Kirin 970 SoC, the same one found inside the P20 Pro. It is paired with a sizeable 6GB RAM and 128GB of expandable storage.
The Nova 3 also comes with a beefier 24MP (mono) + 16MP (RGB) dual rear camera module, as opposed to the Nova 3i’s 16MP + 2MP combination. The front cameras are the same as the Nova 3i with its 24MP + 2MP setup.
Another difference is in the batteries and the Wi-Fi module. The Nova 3 has a capacity of 3,750 mAh, in addition to dual band Wi-Fi that supports a/g/b/n/ac.
The rest of the specs are largely the same. You have the same 6.3-inch full HD+ display, and a similar design and body. It also has a fingerprint sensor (rear), a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack (something missing from the P20 series).

The Huawei Nova 3 is priced at PHP25,990. Pre-order will start on August 4 to 10, 2018, with formal availability set on August 11. Those who do will get a free premium Bluetooth Speaker. The handset can also be pre-ordered through Home Credit for 0% interest over 6 to 9 month installments.
