Price drop alert: Xiaomi Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite Philippines

The Xiaomi Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite are now 1k cheaper in the Philippines. Both handsets are available in local Xiaomi Mi stores.

Xiaomi Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite Price

The authorized Mi Store in the Philippine recently announced on Facebook that it has dropped the prices of the Xiaomi Mi A2 and the Mi A2 Lite. The 4GB/64GB variants of the Mi A2 and the Mi A2 Lite now has a retail price of PHP13,990 and PHP10,490, respectively. While another variant of the Mi A2 Lite, the 3GB/32GB, is now PHP9,490 — shedding off PHP500 from its original price.

We’ve seen numerous price-drops these past couple of weeks from the the likes of OPPO, Vivo, Huawei, and ASUS, so its comes to no surprise that Xiaomi follows suit.

In the Philippines, competition is tough in the midrange and lower end segments of the smartphone industry. And most of the price changes we’ve been seeing are mostly from devices in that range.
