Realme Philippines recently posted its list of service centers on its official Facebook page. The brand is making sure its customers and fans get the after-sales service they need.

At the moment, the Realme C1 is the only smartphone released in the country. But they do have plans of following it up with even more devices in the future.

Hello good evening I have this problem, I don’t know if technician can fix this. I am so stupid to do this since I hate the version 2.0 on my realme 6i – RMX2040 G80 processor. I downgrade the version, after installing the version 1.0 when I turn off, I can’t turn it on again it is hard to unbricked. Can you help me with this problem or no more hope, I have to buy another phone?
Hello po, I just want to raise my concern about po sa phone ko C12 po. Nong na update ko kasi yong bagong version sa software nito lately pag naglalaro po kasi ako ng online games bigla nalang ho na ho-home o yung tinatawag po nilang nag ca-crash. I’m so sad about it kasi sabi po sa update mas gaganda yong performance e hindi naman po pala kasi ho kahit napaka laki pa ng space sa internal storage naglalag na sya. Any tips or recommendation po about this? Thank you!

Best talaga dalhin nalang sa realme service centers. Pwede ka mag try mag hard reset, pero mabubura lahat ng data mo. Plus, baka mamaya lumala.
hello po. ask ko lang sana kung ano problema tong realme 6 pro ko. nag downgrade po kasi tapos na accidentally ko pong na pindot yung reboot tapos noong mag rerestart niya siya na stuck na po dun. nagsasarili nalang po nagrerestart ng kusa tapos stuck lang po sa Realme logo
