Huawei Nova 5i now official with four rear cameras, 4000mAh battery

Amidst all the uncertainty, it’s business as usual for Huawei, announcing the midrange Huawei Nova 5i. The handset features four rear cameras and a large 4000mAh battery.

The Nova 5i features a design common to Huawei with its streamlined looks and minimalist stylings. It has a 6.4-inch full HD display with a punch hole on the upper left for the 24MP selfie camera. At the back there’s the quad camera setup consisting of a 24MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP sensors.

Inside you have an 2.2GHz octa-core Kirin 710 processor, 6/8GB RAM, 128GB expandable storage, and a large 4000mAh battery.

The phone also features a USB Type-C port, a headphone jack, a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, and EMUI 9.1 based on Android Pie.

The Huawei Nova 5i will come with a price of CNY 1,999 for the 6GB RAM variant and CNY 2,199 for the 8GB RAM variant. Converted to Philippine currency, that’s around PHP 15,000 and PHP 16,500, respectively. It will be available in China by the end of June.
