Nokia 8.1, 3.2, 2.2 launches in the Philippines

HMD Global recently launched the Nokia 8.1, 3.2, and 2.2 in the Philippines. All three devices are part of the Android One program (meaning stock) with availability set on July 19, 2019.

Nokia has been relatively quiet in the last few months. Once upon a time, they were the most popular phone brand in the country. It’s nice to know that they’re still around with these new releases.

So without further adieu, here are Nokia’s latest smartphones.

Nokia 8.1

First up, we have the Nokia 8.1. This is basically the Nokia X7 that launched late last year. It comes with a 6.18-inch full HD display topped with a NEG Dinorex Glass, a large bar type notch, an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, and a smallish 3,500 mAh battery with 18W fast charge support.

It sports dual 12MP + 13MP cameras with ZEISS optics at the back, and a 20MP selfie shooter in front.

The Nokia 8.1 is priced at PHP 19,990. It will be a Lazada exclusive with some nice freebies. The first 700 customers will get a free Philippine Airlines discount voucher worth PHP 1,000, valid for local flights. Shipping is free nationwide for the first 300 customers.

The Nokia 3.2 is priced at PHP 7,990 and will be a Shopee exclusive. It will come with a discount voucher worth PHP 1,000.
