Shopee PH suspends deliveries amidst COVID-19 situation

Shopee has recently announced that they are temporarily suspending the majority of their operations, including deliveries to areas affected by the quarantine, in light of the COVID-19 situation that has been gripping our nation.

The app and website will remain online, however. Services such as in-app games, Shopee Feed and Shopee Live will also remain accessible to users.

They also advised that return and refund timelines has been extended. Deliveries for existing orders will also have extended delivery delays. No date for resuming deliveries has been set at this time.

Lazada has also suspended deliveries and postponed an incoming sales event. While food delivery services GrabFood and Foodpanda remain available for customers at the time of this article, operating with a skeletal delivery fleet.
