Huawei to launch Sound X speaker in the Philippines

Huawei is bringing its its latest Hi-Res speaker, the Sound X, to the Philippines. Sound X will launch on July 24, alongside Huawei’s latest tablet, the 10.4-inch MatePad.

The Huawei Sound X was developed together with Devialet, a company that specializes in high-end speakers. It has a unique design and features Devialet’s Speaker Active Matching technology, which (in Huawei’s words) tailors sound to the characteristics of the speakers.

The speakers offer 360-degree sound, dual subwoofers, touch controls, and gesture controls.

The device pairs with compatible devices through Bluetooth 5.1, also offering NFC OneHop for fast one-tap easy connection.

Sound X will launch with the Huawei MatePad on July 24.
