Vivo is the number one smartphone brand in the Philippines. According to the Canalys report, they are the most in-demand brand in the country in April-June 2020.
Analyst firm, Canalys, releases quarterly data and forecasts for all mobile phone categories around the world, and in its latest Philippine report it identified vivo as the number 1 smartphone in the country with a record 21% market share in Q2 and an 18% year-on-year growth.
Since setting up shop in the Philippines, Vivo has been one of the most aggressive smartphone brands in the market, reporting a consistent upward year-on-year growth. In 2019, the brand managed to close with a 159% growth.

Despite the pandemic, they were able to successfully launch its flagship series, the Vivo V19 and V19 Neo.
Vivo will continue to receive a warm reception from the general public. The brand will be launching the 5G-equipped Vivo X50 series soon, led by the pro variant with a 48MP Gimbal-style OIS.
