vivo announces Funtouch OS 11 update schedule

vivo has announced its Funtouch OS 11 rollout schedule. The latest update will bring Android 11 to eligible vivo smartphones.

Other Chinese smartphone manufacturers like Huawei, realme and OPPO have already announced their plans for updating their respective devices to Android 11. Now, vivo shares theirs.

Back in November, vivo announced its new smartphone operating system OriginOS — think of it as a souped up version of Funtouch OS with additional UI elements. And while they recently opened its beta program for select smartphones in China, the rest of the world will have to contend with Funtouch OS 11.

There are devices already running on the latest update such as the vivo V20 Pro 5G and the vivo V20.

That being said, here’s vivo’s Funtouch OS 11 Android 11 update schedule. Users take note that the timeline below is for the beta release. Which means the stable version might take more time to reach supported devices.
